Vancouver, British Columbia – July 2017: CECMS DIVERSIFIES PRODUCT LINE TO OFFER SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION EQUIPMENT ALTERNATIVES TO CUSTOMERS.
CECMS ESTABLISHES LONG-TERM LICENSING PARTNERSHIP WITH PARSEP, SOUTH AFRICAN OEM OF SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION EQUIPMENT.
In line with industry consolidation and desire expressed from mining companies, EPC-houses and consulting engineers, CECMS has established a strategic partnership to diversify its technology offering.
As of July 2017, CECMS is proud to offer a full line of solid-liquid separation mineral processing equipment, including thickening, screening, filtering, drying and bulk-materials handling equipment.
These technologies have been, in part, designed by Particle Separation Systems Technologies Pty., or “Parsep”, based in Randfontein, South Africa, licensed exclusively for manufacturing to CEC Mining Systems Corp. (CECMS) under a joint agreement with both organizations for North, Central, and South America.
Parsep is a company with extensive experience in screening, ultra-fine milling, filtration, dewatering and drying technologies, and has licensed to CECMS the following equipment designs:
- Linear screens
- Rotaspiral drum screens
- Steel belt dryers with medium infrared radiation
- Horizontal vacuum belt filters
CECMS has the flexibility for local manufacture of these products in countries it is already operating to lower costs of transportation and nationalization, and to decrease lead times for delivery.
Project engineering, project delivery and commissioning of these technologies will be completed jointly under the agreement.
Through other external parties, and 3rd party fabricators, CECMS can now also supply welded and bolted construction thickeners, and bulk material handling systems for transport and placement of materials upon discharge.
These initiatives are driving CECMS towards its objective of building a fully diversified, vertically integrated OEM manufacturer of solid-liquid separation equipment and provider of turn-key projects.
