| Testing & Process Design
Every project requires a rigorously designed test campaign to determine baseline equipment sizes and process specifications. CECMS collects this data through vendor-specific tests, 3rd party contractors, and expert consultants to determine the final plant design, equipment layout and orientation, civil and structural works, and construction/installation schedule.
| Site Preperation
Independently or in coordination with a 3rd party construction services provider/contracts, CECMS supports the design and construction of any infrastructure required to complete the project. Local applicable building, civil codes are followed to ensure compliance with authorities and safety standards upon completion.
| Systems Integration and Commissioning
CECMS support directly and indirectly the integration of any technical solution with the rest of the mining process. At that time, much care is taken to minimize production disturbances and keep downtime to a minimum. Commissioning teams are adept at trouble-shooting and are resourceful in complex situations.
| Plant & Process Support
We use a combination of trained in-country contract support technicians, and fly-in fly-out project engineers to keep processes running smoothly. Continuous process improvement, downstream production expansions and optimization consulting are all services that we’re able to supply.
